Always 3 steps ahead - efficient dealer

The first step is monitoring: To ensure compliance with the high standards, we GPS track our trucks as well as have interactive scales that can be checked via the Internet at any time. In addition, we have our own unique IT system developed especially for our company, where the crews' health status, vaccination plans, etc. registered, whether or not the farmer participates in the SPF-SuS register. All this contributes to us providing the best possible service and ensuring the customer a transparent trade.

 

The second step is standards: Our elevated cleaning standards in our trucks and export stables mean that we dare to say: We have the cleanest export stall with the least risk of infection in Denmark. Our own controls and standards ensure us the best quality. In addition, our trucks are among the best equipped transport vehicles for live animals.


The third step is advice: Here we have also gone a step further, as we have the opportunity to visit the Danish farmers with a view to optimization and advice. Our export customers are offered advice and professional visits if necessary. We arrange meetings where both Danish and foreign farmers/customers can exchange experiences.

DANISH QS

DANISH is the product standard for the Danish pig industry. On the SPF-SuS website you can see if a crew is DANISH approved or not.


All Danish pig herds can participate voluntarily in the scheme. DANISH approved crews are visited at least every three years by an independent inspection body.


NV-Randers A / S is DANISH-approved both as a transporter and collection point: The standard in the DANISH product standard must ensure and document that Danish pig herds live up to Danish legislation and industry requirements with special focus on good animal welfare, high food safety and clear traceability in all Danish pig herds.



Pig herds approved under the DANISH scheme are also automatically approved for delivery to the German QS system. The German quality assurance system QS (Qualität und Sicherheit) consists of various product standards that describe how production should take place and what it should live up to in all parts of the supply chain from feed to retail. Compliance with the standard is documented by inspection visits carried out by an independent body.
