NV-Randers A/S are specialists in quality deliveries of Danish pigs. With over 50 years of experience and close cooperation with Danish farmers, we have a solid foundation with professionalism and the highest standards at the center. We work with many farmers in Denmark, thus we have a large database with both piglets, slaughter animals and breeding animals in every health status and weight. We negotiate both with loose herds, where the price is set based on listing and with a fixed price.

The best solution for the individual customer comes from a close dialogue and a knowledgeable collaboration. When we sell pigs for you, it is fundamental to create security around the sale with sales security in focus. There is fierce competition in the piglet market, where quality becomes the decisive parameter. We strive to be one step ahead and would therefore like to have you with us.


Sales, collection and transport are planned based on the pigs' health status and size. Safety is significantly increased by using our own trucks and export stables, because this reduces the risk of infection for your herd. In addition, our transhipment facilities provide the best options for control and sorting, and therefore export buyers re-elect us over other export stables in Denmark.

In order for us to ensure good sales security for you as well as delivery quality and security at the customer at the other end, it is important that we work closely with the pigs you have in your stables. This applies from the size of the pigs, quantity and the status and vaccinations of the pigs.


Accurate information is crucial for your pigs' future well-being with the recipient, optimal fattening results and re-ordering of your pigs. You may find that we often ask for the same thing, which is why we have optimized our database, where we need current information, and we want you to fill in the information form.


Remember! when registering, the size of the smallest and largest pig must be stated. Normal weight requirement is that the smallest pig weighs 25 kg and the largest pig 35 kg, with an average weight from 28 kg up to 32 kg. If your pigs' weight deviates from this upon delivery, it must be notified to us as soon as possible, but no later than the day before collection, to avoid problems that may cost you a deduction in the price.

There can be costly consequences for you when:

  • The weight distribution deviates from agreed, it will lead to regulation in the supplement
  • Health status or vaccinations that are stated incorrectly, may lead to compensation cases regarding major medical expenses, infection, etc.
  • Pigs that are detained by FVST can not be transported back to the farm without losing their Danish approval. may result in fines from FVST and invoicing for labeling in the export barn.
  • The pigs' extended stay in the barn entails additional costs which are expected per. animals until a new buyer is found.

We will regularly carry out weight control of all loads in the export stables in Randers and Rousthøje, where the smallest and largest pigs are weighed.
